BC PTT rates current for 2025. First-time buyer PTT exemption: full PTT waived up to $500K; flat $8,000 exemption for homes $500K–$835K; phased out $835K–$860K. Newly built home PTT exemption: full up to $1.1M, partial to $1.15M (Canadian citizen/PR, must occupy within 92 days). GST applies to new construction only at 5%. Standard new home GST rebate: 36% up to $350K, partial to $450K. 2025 FTB GST rebate: 100% up to $1M, phased to $1.5M (contracts signed after May 27, 2025).
