He gave us great insights into the building, the construction quality, and things we wouldn’t have thought to look for ourselves. He was also incredibly proactive and always willing to go the extra mile. One example that really stood out was when we were struggling to decide on a paint colour for our new place. We got a few samples and sent him pictures of how they looked on the wall. He mentioned that it can be difficult to judge colours accurately from pictures and, without us even asking, he stopped by to take a look in person and help us decide. It was such a small thing, but it really showed us how invested he was in helping us make the right decisions. Overall, we felt very well taken care of throughout the process.
